Welcome to the Knowledge Base

Here you can quickly and easily locate technical information and resources related to the software and hardware developed and manufactured by Keri Systems.

On the site you will find technical documentation, setup, installation and user guides, application notes, wiring diagrams, product images, links to software downloads and links to other useful resources (such as training videos).

One of the main goals for the site is to reduce time spent installing or maintaining your Keri access control system(s) by providing you with easy to locate and easy to understand product documentation and training resources. The product articles are listed sequentially as they would be covered in a training session - so the Doors.NET section, for example, begins with software installation and then goes on to cover: license activation, hardware setup and then adding and editing cardholders and using the administrative client.

This is a constantly evolving online resource that is being added to almost on a daily basis and we welcome any feedback and suggestions.

You could use the site to find out how to install one of Keri's software applications, learn how to install a controller and proximity readers, enroll and edit cardholders, backup a system, upgrade a system or setup a feature, such as: Badging, Biometrics, Card and PIN, Elevator Control, Local Linkage, Emergency Lockdown, Situation Manager, Photo Badging, Airlock, Area Control, Anti-Passback and Video Integration. Or you can discover tips and tricks that will save you time and money, (or both) when using or installing one of our access control systems.
